Nick learned this business from the inside, then built something different.

Nick learned the short-term rental business from the inside, managing properties for two of the largest operators in Big Sky — including homes in the Triple Tree subdivision and the private Eagle Rock community. When he founded Snowy Peaks, several owners chose to continue working with him directly. Those relationships are still the foundation of the business today.

Before Montana, ten years of global marketing and 55 Airbnb stays across the world taught him what guests actually want. He knows because he's been that guest.

Bozeman wasn't planned. A night here on a West Coast scouting trip, a local dog park, and his blue heeler racing through the mountain air told him everything. Four years in, this is home.

Nick Elisseos in a wide-brimmed hat, smiling and holding his blue heeler in both arms, on open grassland under a clear sky.

Why Snowy Peaks works the way it does.

The model is simple because the alternative wasn't working — for owners or for guests. A property with a rotating cast of managers doesn't get looked after; it gets processed. Snowy Peaks exists because Nick saw that up close, for years, before deciding to run it differently: one person, accountable, reachable, and actually local to the market being managed.
